Completed in 2005, Highland Manor Apartments are part of DHIC's multi-use Highland Village community in Cary. Highland Manor has 32 units restricted to seniors, and all are one-bedroom with the exception of one two-bedroom unit for the resident manager. Two units are designed with accessible features. It is a unique housing community because it can provide homes for seniors with extremely limited incomes.

Supportive services through Resources for Seniors of Wake County are available for individuals with special needs, in addition to regularly programmed activities for all residents.
